A non-profit organization providing free crisis intervention via SMS message. The organization’s services are available 24 hours a day every day, throughout the US by texting 741741.

A community-based nonprofit dedicated to addressing the needs of those living with mental illness and to promoting the overall mental health of all Americans.

National Council for Behavioral Health

The National Council is the unifying voice of America’s health care organizations that deliver mental health and addictions treatment and services.  It developed Mental Health First Aid which trains communities on how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders.
